I still love and treasure RSS, to the point that I pay money for inoreader. But newsletters are where it’s at right now, especially if you want to be ~~discoverable~~. To that end, I’m mirroring this blog on substack. The Substack will have a slightly more professional angle and lose the bottom ~10% of posts, but otherwise the content is identical. If you prefer email subscriptions or want to help me out with The Algorithm, that’s now available. If you prefer wordpress/RSS/Patreon, do absolutely nothing, things will continue like they always have.

The wording of your post seems to imply that Substack does not support RSS. It does:

I think most writers on Substack create a blog there, which is connected to their username, but these posts seem to be directly under your username. I didn’t even know it was possible to post long articles that way. Is there an advantage to that approach?
